Yes. You can send us your artwork by email.

How do I pay to proceed my order?
You may direct bank in / online transfer the total order amount to us.

Please Note : After bank-in, please email us the scanned copy of the payment slip with the following details:
1. Order item
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
** Please note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?

Can I cancel or change my order?
NO. Customers need to double check final artwork before email us your artwork for order.

Do you offer artwork design services?
Yes. Artwork design we minimum charge RM30 for per artwork.

Does Q PRINT provide artwork color proof checking services before printing?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before printing.

What file format should I use to save my artwork?
For all our products, we accept the artwork in:
CorelDRAW X6
Adobe Illustrator CS3 (AI)
Adobe Photoshop CS3 (PSD)
Jpeg (in actual size)
